The pillow top is a removable, two-sided piece that is handcrafted with three full inches of all-natural Talalay latex and is available in your choice of firmness. All-natural latex is chemical-free, hypoallergenic, conforming, and durable. This mattress is handcrafted with a firm pocketed coil innerspring, which supports your body while minimizing motion transfer making this mattress the perfect choice for couples.  The overall height of this mattress is 14 ½ inches.
