100 Night Comfort Guarantee

Your mattress is a long-term investment in your comfort and health. We want to make sure you are happy with your new mattress for years to come. The Quality Sleep Shop offers a 100 Night Comfort Guarantee.  If you're not satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress, we will make the necessary changes to ensure your comfort and restful sleep.

We ask that you allow 30 days for your new mattress to break in and adjust to your body weight and sleep patterns.  If you are experiencing issues, please do let us know so that we can address them with you.  Within the first 100 Nights of ownership, you are eligible for a return.  We accept returns on any of our handcrafted mattresses, foundation box springs and accessories (excluding the Katherine Latex Firm mattress).  Each returned item is subject to a $99 return or exchange fee (each individual item will carry a fee - for example, a queen mattress set will incur a fee for the returned mattress and an additional fee for the returned box spring).  Customer will also be charged the applicable delivery fee that applies to their residence if we are picking up the return.  Any customer is free to return items to our La Grange store to avoid this additional charge.  Adjustable bases are final sale and non-returnable.  We do limit one comfort exchange per household.  If you request changes to your originally purchased mattress or an exchange, the second mattress is final sale.

Our 10 Year Warranty applies to the mattresses and toppers that we handcraft in our family workshop.  Accessory products offered by other manufacturers are backed by the manufacturer's warranty period.  Any issues with accessories should be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
